You need to perform the following steps:-
1. Go to the Google documents site. 2. Create an account using your existing e-mail address. 3. Verify the account by clicking the link sent to you by e-mail. 4. Create a presentation with Google documents. 5. Publish the presentation and e-mail the link to the EAG webmaster.
Notes. There are plenty of on-line resources such as you-tube videos detailing how to create google docs presentations. You only need to send me one link, after that it is up to you to alter your presentation to add, delete or alter the slides. Whatever you do will be displayed on the original link. The images of your paintings should not be too large as this will cause delays when loading the web page, if you don’t know how to reduce the size then try this link and select the max size 760 option. Tips on taking photos of paintings can be found here. If you don’t have a computer or e-mail address you can always ask a friend to create a presentation for you (Google will allow multiple presentations per account).
